The Well youth ministry is focused on encouraging students to relate, grow,
and lead. Through 180 on Wednesdays, students are challenged to begin a relationship with God and turn to Him in worship. Growth is cultivated through Sunday School and Small Groups and in encountering Christ in a deeper walk and meaningful, uplifting relationships with other students.

Developing students as leaders is the goal of The Well, which occurs through learning to personally lead others to a relationship with Christ, assisting in a ministry at GBC, leading on the Impact Team, and serving on mission trips. Flow mission trips are key events on the calendar of The Well and give students the opportunity to bring Christ's living water to another culture of the world.
