Women’s Ministry at Grace is an exciting part of our growing church family. Our desire is to encourage spiritually strengthening friendships which will help women to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. The heart of our Women’s Ministry is excellent Bible studies. Women who have attended our Wednesday Bible study in past years have given dramatic testimonies of how the study brought them closer together as believers and closer to God. This Fall our Bible Study will be the study and DVD series, Breaking Free by Beth Moore. This is an 11 week Bible Study that starts September 7th and ends November 16th from 7-9 pm. This study teaches women how to break free from emotional bondage. Beth Moore freely speaks of her own struggle with sin that was a product of abuse she suffered as a child. This study will address those things in our lives which seem to be so strong they cannot be conquered, those traumas, and traps which are so overpowering that they rob us of freedom in Christ. If you know women who don’t attend Grace Bible Church but are struggling with deeply rooted issues, please let them know about this Bible Study. Our doors are open to anyone needing to know that freedom is available to them in Christ. This study will also prepare women to reach out and help someone they know who suffers under the grip of bondage to the past.
