Pastor Mike, Lead Pastor

Michael Burt has been Lead Pastor for Grace Bible for 22 years. He is a graduate of Calvary Bible College in KC, MO with a Bachelors degree in Biblical Languages, a Master's degree in Christian Ministry, and many graduate courses in Counseling. Pastor Mike and his wife Mary have been married for over 30 years, and have three children and one daughter-in-law; Jenni, Jeremy & Kelley, and Josh. Pastor Mike enjoys reading, competitive games, community outreach & being a Boy Scout leader.

 

Pastor Conrad, Youth Pastor

Conrad Hake has been on staff for 5 years as the Youth Pastor. He is also the Pastor representative for the Children's ministry. Pastor Conrad is a graduate of Calvary Bible College, where he earned a Bachelor�s in Christian Education with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. He and his wife Debi have been married for 6 years, and have 2 children, Josiah and MacKenzie. They are also licensed Foster Parents. Pastor Conrad enjoys music, anything sports related (particularly soccer), a good cup of coffee, charcoal grilling, and fishing.

 

Pastor Clark, Administrative Pastor

Clark Dempsey is the J.O.Y. Pastor (the Seniors), and coordinates the various administrative tasks that keep the church running. He received a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education with a minor in Bible from Calvary Bible College. Pastor Dempsey has over 41 years of combined ministry experience, from being Senior Pastor, to CAO of Heritage Academy, to Executive Director for a camp for 15 years. Pastor Clark and his wife of 39 years, Janice, have 4 children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys ministering to people, walking on the treadmill, being outdoors, and watching the Green Bay Packers!

 

Pastor Rob, Worship Pastor

Rob Pilant is the newest addition to the Grace Bible pastoral team. His responsibilities include leading our church in worship and ministering to our young adults. He graduated from Trinity Baptist College in the spring of 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a proficiency in worship. He is currently pursuing a master's degree from Liberty University. He brings to Grace 7 years of pastoral experience in areas such as Worship, small group ministry and youth. Pastor Rob has been married to his wife Rachel for 9 years. They have three daughters: Megan, Emma and Zoe. He enjoys reading, playing sports (especially golf), and just having fun.
